Tracking information will be provided for all purchases. All merchandise is shipped through USPS. Once items are dropped off and scanned in at the post office, Silver Charm by KG is not liable for delayed, lost or damaged merchandise.

Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, unworn merchandise can be returned within 7 days of delivery. All custom orders are final sale. Silver Charm by KG may refuse exchange if jewelry looks worn.
